REFUNDS AND RETURNS
CANCEL AN ORDER
Please, if you want to cancel an order, contact us via email or online chat immediately. We accept cancellations up to a maximum period of 4 hours after have completed your order. Kindly understand that orders are processed the same day, we do everything very fast so that you receive as soon as possible, and once the order is sent to USPS or processed in the factory we cannot cancel it.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. * You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
IMPORTANT: In INTERNATIONAL shipments (outside the United States / Puerto Rico) we do not accept returns of merchandise.
OUR RETURN PROCESS:
You must write an email to: homecosty@gmail.com and request that you want to return your products. Briefly explain your problem to our support agents and they will provide you with a return label so you can begin the process outlined below.
Print the provided return label.
Pack the item which is returning. Drop it off at your nearest USPS shipping center.
Item returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee when deemed non-defective.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, worn, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
REFUND AND GUARANTEE
Your purchase is 🔐protected with a delivery guarantee, if you do not receive the item after 15 business days from the delivery deadline, you will receive 100 % your money back.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The system records exactly the address you type without any chance of error. If the product cannot be delivered because you have written the wrong or incomplete address, a returned item fee will be applied, and you will be refunded only 50% of the total order.
