Coconut oil in particular can be beneficial as a topical use, on hair or skin, but there are those who claim that consuming coconut oil is poisonous. It contains a high percentage of saturated fats and bad cholesterol, and in the long run, it carries risks associated with obesity and circulatory problems.
NOT Healthy Fats - Not recommended
The fats that we should not consume such as palm oil is in fact currently the most widely used oil in the world and is present in endless products, and the bad news, the most delicious: Nutella, Oreo, Ferrero Chocolates and many other brands have palm oil, check the label.
